To get started, all you need to do is enter the type of habit, the name and the start date. Goals will be met as time increases.

Which habits can be stopped?

Daily notifications
Every time you achieve a new goal or progress in your addiction, you will receive a new push notification congratulating you on your new achievement. The habit goals are the first 24h, 3 days, 10 days and so on until the year, in which the habit is considered to be more than overcome.
Of course, this option is optional and you can disable it at any time.

Affirmation of the day
To boost your confidence and motivation, a daily affirmation is displayed. It has been proven that daily affirmations are able to increase people's confidence, security and perseverance.

Security PIN
If you want to keep your privacy and no one can see what addictions you are trying to quit, the Security PIN is ideal for you. With just 3 steps, you will be able to create a code that will be requested every time you open the app.
