Plant ID isn't accurate most of the time. I needed an app to help me grow my plants, mostly the watering reminders. Well, that soon quit working, either behind another tier of subscription or its bugged. Though that wasn't super accurate to begin with. A lot of info for individual plants wasn't helpful either, even after setting each plant up on the app. For $30, this wasn't worth it.

I am not sure what happened, but I am no longer receiving notifications. I checked in the app, and my phone and notifications are enabled. Unfortunately, I have to be notified. Due to this app, my plants are doing amazing. Please help!****EVERYTHING IS WORKING NOW THANK YOU!!*****

I've had this app installed since 2021 and lately the notifications turned off and I don't get watering pushes. Today or said there was an error when I tried to see my plants. Uninstalled, reinstalled and it was working fine. Tried looking at them a few hours later and I'm getting the same error

Paid for the subscription, and then suddenly the notifications stopped working. Worked with tech support to resolve the issue, its an issue with how the app asks for permissions and asking for proper permissions. Still weeks with no resolution. Now the app won't accept my login, keeps saying there's no internet. By far the worst money spent.

Soooo hard to use, buttons not working, too much information needed just to add a plant and set up a watering schedule. Horrible plant identification, every time got it wrong, had to manually search the right one. Even the right one doesn't have plant description/introduction at all. I had no idea what I added other than the plant name, and had to turn to other apps for more plant info. Only good thing I can think of is UI is cute, no more.

DO NOT rely on this app to ID plants. It's visually fun, but all style and no substance. My first five IDs were way off. If I used the info for one of them, I would have killed it in no time. I'm happy to pay for an app that does what I need, but the paid version is not worth it. The info is generic and not one-size-fits-all, like it suggests.

I was super hopeful when I just downloaded this app. I have used multiple other apps like this one. But they all seem to be missing that friendly touch. This app is user-friendly. But so far, the two plants that I have tried to upload have a general identification. Not really specific to the plants. It's giving the main family but not the specific name. I don't know if it's cuz the app is fairly new. I'm going to try and see if there's a way to help identify plants.

I do not recommend this plant app. The free version is completely useless. Everything that you'll need is behind a $30/year paywall. In addition, it's a hassle to add a plant to your list. You have to take a photo, and only then can you change/search for your appropriate plant. I'll be uninstalling and searching for a better app.

I really REALLY want to love this app. It's amazing for the most part but some things really take away from the experience, and I'd love to see the company consider making these changes... 1. I'd love to see options for plants you're currently propagating so the app doesn't think it's time to water but instead it could remind me to change the water, amongst other details 2. It glitches out when adding a new plant. When I enter in new details, the photo/other details will go back to default.

It's okay. Really, you need to subscribe to get any real functionality out of it. It's not a bad yearly price either. I just can't right now. The one thing that frustrates me most is that you don't have the option for no flower pot for plants in the ground. Therefore, the setup details are never complete. Sure, you can say it's outside but the details are never considered complete.
