My experience has been awful. Tried logging in thru web site and it doesn't load. Every other website loads on Chrome so that isn't the problem. Tried downloading the app and it keeps spinning and will eventually say try again later unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. I'm very irritated and frustrated. It's been weeks since I've been able to access my case.
This app never seems to work correctly. Keeps buffering saying checking version information. Is always down for maintenance but yet none of the issues get fixed. Should have a working app or website to keep track of records.
The app is terrible.... I login every week to keep track and EVERY week I have trouble due to "scheduled maintenence"...... EVERY WEEK?????? This is and has been an ongoing issue..... I even have trouble with the regular website not letting me login either... almost like they don't want you to keep track... 🤔
