Did anyone actually test this app? As a result of not being able to enter the captcha I can't actually upload any documents, which is the whole point of why I installed it. What a failure. |

I uninstalled it and redownload it on the phone I've use the laptop and updated it and try to use it and it still won't work please could you guys fix this because some of us are disabled and not able to go to the office and bring our documents in. |

Why does that need to be in there? I literally tried more than 10 times to submit some files for my recertification and you guys are literally delaying us on purpose, making everything more difficult. That's not cool and I hate that so much. And did I mention that function doesn't even work either? Because it doesn't! |
