I was able to create an account but that was it. First it wouldn't scan the barcode on the back of the license to make it easy. So I enter all the info manually. Then it tells me that my license cannot be found. Yes the info was all correct. Yes it's a Louisiana license. I've had the same license number, name, address, everything, for more than 40 years but they can't find it?? What a great app.
