2024-09-30 | Nathan Lee Worley | Love the app! It only works if you have a high-quality device. Otherwise you can't even download the app. Wish it had more accurate location to surrounding devices and the ability to send those devices messages or to block them.
2024-07-14 | Jeffrey Ferguson | Just not accurate, regardless of calibrations. Close as it gets to my own wifi is 120m. Not helpful! And yes I recalibrated it a dozen times.
2024-07-01 | Shane Douglas (Short Circuit) | Great concept and easy to use layout but the accuracy is not even close enough to find a rogue ap or cine anywhere close to it. I tried many times and never got close once with the correct area mapping of the routers that are in my building ... If it was better accuracy I could trust it. But I hope you can perfect it. I know it's not your fault bc the satellite moving so maybe add a hot cold feature to locate a device using a I. Integration.. thanks anyhow
2022-10-30 | Gari Crewsen | Consistently inaccurate to a huge degree. It doesn't matter how many times I've scanned from the same or different locations in my home or on my property. Even the charts and graphs show eroneous info consistently. The GPS is 100% correct and accurate to the heading, so I'm at a loss as to a remedy. I'm gonna join the beta and see what happens. I'll update on next 90 (or less) days. 🙃
2022-10-17 | Matthias Grabner | Doesn't calibrate, turns on wifi without asking for permission, first says accuracy is high and when the test is finished results are "not accurate".
2022-01-04 | J. Scott Elblein | Meh. Had higher hopes for it's accuracy. It should have you do several scans to pinpoint the exact source since they normally bounce all over the place.
2021-09-14 | My Name Is Confidential | Disappointed. Doesn't pick up WiFi very well. I have 8 WiFi signals in range. The app sees only one. Completely useless to me.
2021-08-27 | Jimmy Clyde | @the folks saying this app doesn't work: Some phones have fewer or lower quality sensors than others so this app might not be as good with those devices. For example, there is no magnetometer in the Galaxy A01 so the compass is always wrong in Google maps. I used this app a long while ago on a j3 orbit. The app seemed pretty spot on, found hidden networks, Im about to try and locate a mysterious network on my property. Im deducting one star if I dont find it!
2021-06-19 | A Pilot | Pretty impressive app. You stand in one spot and rotate. It finds all the Wi-Fi devices and maps them according to the direction they are found. The distance doesn't work well. It's more like relative distance and not absolute. They're probably using RSSI which can vary from device to device. Still, a very useful app. They don't blast you with ads either.
2020-10-22 | stephen kirkley | A good wifi 'radar'. Shows hidden SSIDs. Don't think the radar is a good idea. Have to manually calibrate and that causes a bad 'map/location'. Shows connection options. Would be awesome if MAC address was shown. |
