I applied for a loan to pay my fees somewhere August 2022 as at now February 2023 it's still awaiting payment confirmation. I call them to inquire and the agent was angry that I call them often. I don't need the loan anymore but I can't delete my account. Stupid institution...

I clicked "resend" several times but nothing comes either via SMS or email, not even in spam

How on God's green earth was this app approved in the first place? U can't even edit any information. U can't go to the previous page when updating ur profile. For the record, I wanted to rate it zero stars.

    Abdul Haqq    		 This have been my first time applying for this loan but am already disappointed and never think I'll recommend this to any trusted friend of mine. I've applied for this loan a month and weeks after we resumed, as am talking the status is still on "awaiting payment confirmation/ accept) on the old and updated app respectively for over a month. I've even finished paying the fees I needed it for and we're writing the exam. Sorry to say, but this shouldn't be an option to relay on for fees.

Till now I haven't benefited from the student loan just because the app was messing up.. is just sad..
