2024-11-28 | Paul L | Search function is awful, no ability to search by location or use the map.
2024-11-02 | Ay Zu | The app is miserable. None of the filters have any effect on the outcome, and they serve no purpose. Are you publicly insured? Well, you can select the filter and notice that nothing changed whatsoever. Enjoy filtering manually until your eyes fall out. Do you want the most basic of basic filters such as sorting by availability distance or more? Well, too bad you have the choice of available in 1 day which is absolutely no one or available in 3 days which is also no one.
2024-10-31 | Sergii “jsonslim” Tarasov | The app seems to be made against regular users. The search and filters are organised poorly. You search resets each time you use step back function. Terrible user experience. But the design is ok.
2024-10-24 | Luis Riquelme | Search doesn't work: Set filter to public insurance ("Gesetzlich") and the app still shows practices that take ONLY private insurance ("nur privat Versicherte"). The Doctolib reply to this review doesn't address the problem. I tried to contact Doctolib about this but the email address for customer support in this store no longer exists.
2024-10-09 | Chris Marpe | The app does not allow for someone making appointments for someone unable to make their own appointments. When I then try to make an appointment for myself it wants a second mobile number to verify, which we don't have. I sent a question to a medical centre (which worked without a second mobile) but I now can't access the response!
2024-10-05 | Jehonatan Cohen | Although there are continious improvments, the app fails to provide correct results when choosing 'public health insurance' doctors and instead many private doctors appear, which is very time consuming. Also upsetting, perhaps due to data protection, you can not take screnshots throughout the app (at least where I tried) even not when you just want to translate text to english
2024-10-05 | Deborah Hadley | Really glad app is in English now, I had wanted to use it but didn't for this reason. Finally downloaded and unfortunately I have to login every single time I open the app. It doesn't seem to work with the phones password saver, so have to enter onerous password every single time and then wait for the email and put code in. Bloody ridiculous. It's my phone, I should be able to login with my fingerprint and face like everything else. So yeah I'll be sticking to desktop until they fix that.
2024-09-25 | Laszlo Stadler | It logged me out and I had to log in agan, using the email based MFA, which is quite complicated. Why does ot log me out when I need the information from the app, and I need it fast.
2024-09-24 | Joe Bloggs | Now logs you off regularly and refuses to let you use biometric to log back on. To compound that it's also been actively designed to prevent the use of password managers (disabled auto fill even for email address). That's going to encourage people to choose the easiest password they can and therefore achieve the opposite of what they're trying to do. Oh, and 2FA via email is annoying, especially given the advice meaning you have to do it every time.
2024-09-20 | AgRo | Faulty app in several ways: - Lacks features like rating practitioners (or any kind of extra information about the professionals, even though that probably is on purpose). - English language not completely available. - Videocalling is bad: My practitioner, as usual, was late and at some point I left the call and couldn't go back. No info or anything about my appointment afterwards. - I usually get stuck in a loop confirming I'm not a robot. |
