2024-12-02 | TheCowboyOfEpic | It automates the brightness to stupid levels. Far too dim in the sun, and far too bright in the dark. I have 0 idea why any app would need to adjust the brightness, especially as it won't let me change it manually.
2024-11-30 | Andrew | Been 2 years since I last used this for my last visit and it's STILL logging me out multiple times a day. 2 YEARS!! To fix this and you haven't!? You want us to use our phones more for check in,door/park passes and you can't even get the basic login issue after 2 years fixed?!! **So having just come back from dlp the app doesn't log you out anymore! Well done! 👏 But the WiFi across the parks wasn't working so screenshot those passes and buy a roaming pack. The wait times were way off too.
2024-11-26 | Andrew Loyack | App auto brightens so brightly that blinds you in the poorly lit park. Worst experience ever. Save yourself some money and go someplace else.
2024-11-14 | Carol Bradley | Every time I have to scroll 5 times past buying 100 things to eventually get show times or attractions it leaves a bad taste. Just be helpful first. The map needs a list of rides to them click into.
2024-10-30 | Mav Mobil | None of the functionality of this app would require an app. It could easily be implemented into a webpage which would also improve loading times since there's no offline information anyway. The wait times differ by up to +150%. At this margin it's next to useless. Not only that it feels like Disney charges for breathing in their parks, they want all possible data additionally without providing at least some useful information. The app is as heartless and commercial as the company has become. :-(
2024-10-30 | Henrique Peinado | The app Is buggy and doesn't reflect the reality of queue times. I was not able to add my tickets to the app, map guidance was not effective. For a multimillion organization, a better app with a better customer experience is expected.
2024-10-09 | sarah aitchison | This app is driving me crazy. Sometimes it works and other times it's so random it's ridiculous. For days I have been trying to organise a priority pass and every time I click on theink it takes me to booking a holiday with us. Grrr. Wish there was a chat option instead of calling. There could be so many amazing things done with the app, it's like they couldn't be bothered finishing it.
2024-10-06 | Miguel Lopes | The app is unstable and requires a restart frequently. The whole "magic pass" concept is terrible. Why do we need to show at least 3x the pass when we use it on a restaurant? Also, when merging multiple bookings together, why do meal credit remain separate? Clearly no product manager used this in a normal scenario.
2024-08-29 | Jack White | Sack the product manager. All the things you quickly need are unavailable. Having to continuously log in even though you're already logged in is insane. If you want to know where anything is in the park, you'll be frustrated. Want to make a meal booking, that'll drive you mad. Way finding is tolerable. Queue times seem to work okay. Clear information on meal options doesn't appear to exist (for all inclusive). The magic passes can't be downloaded to wallet. Just terrible.
2024-08-23 | Torben Stones | This app has a lot of potential but as it stands it is so frustrating. Linking you ticket is easy and useful The map is useful but the GPS is way off most of the time (Google maps doesn't have a problem) so directions doesn't work, the filters are the most confusing ones I've ever usedand the search only seems to match whole words. "Rat" would not show the ratatouille ride. Purchases and bookings failed on multiple occasions with just "ops something went wrong". |
