2024-11-26 | Unto Hertz | Unbelievable! The app doesn't support biometrics. You can only login with the email+password. And the app kicks you out at unpredictable times, so when you need to buy the ticket, you have to search for your password. For sure they call it "for your security" 🤦 | |

Got billed 40 € for a 12 min call. Contacted Telia which said the fee is fully from VR. Wrote a review here about it, was said to contact VR via www.vr.fi/en/feedback. Got a really nonsense answer, wrote a review here again, was told to contact feedback again. Would recommend to stay away from this service. | |

Any last minute checks if the traveler is reaching the correct track is left completely on the station displays as the app renders itself useless. |
