I'm a PT but I don't do sports rehab. I tore my calf running a few weeks ago (grade 2) and this app has been doing a great job of taking me through a graded recovery & prehab program. I'm impressed and while I wish there were some additional features or the UI was a bit more friendly to finding customization options, the program is awesome and I'm thrilled to avoid having to go to a clinic 2x/week. It matters though that I do know how to interpret the instructions, so not for novices.

It's a really good app. I use it for plantar fasciitis. It has really improved my symptoms. I am only in stage 2 but I feel great. Still have pain every now and then but I'm trying to be consistent with the exercises.

It can be confusing what to do if you have a flare up. My patellar femoral pain flared up from sitting at work not sure how to reduce that.

I'm finding this program for glute tendinopathy rehab more helpful than any in person PT or other online mobility programs I have tried in the past year for my persistent glute tightness and pain related to an overuse and muscle imbalanac injury. I'm a few weeks in and have less pain and better mobility of my hip for the first time in months. I highly recommend.
