I tore my calf running a few weeks ago (grade 2) and this app has been doing a great job of taking me through a graded recovery & prehab program. I'm impressed and while I wish there were some additional features or the UI was a bit more friendly to finding customization options, the program is awesome and I'm thrilled to avoid having to go to a clinic 2x/week. It matters though that I do know how to interpret the instructions, so not for novices. | |
