Update: it says my account it not configured but if I try to reconfigure it it says that the account is already added. Just amazing. Also it keeps asking for my password every single time, I feel like biometric authentication should be enough. Also it spams me after every time I use it to rate it in the play store... I understand one time but not every time. And the notification can't be disabled because that would disable the actual notifications too.

Registration is impossible. You should receive 2 codes to set up this app. One by email, easy. Second by SMS, but this way does not work with other than spainish phone numbers. In case of problem with SMS, they have phone call feature. But voice robot is broken too: it says "if you want to hear the code press any number", after pressing any number is says "the data you entered is incorrect". Facepalm, this is how serious financial institution works. As Americans says, it is SNAFU situation.

The App needs to improve in terms of letting pass to proceed in what you want to obtain. I had problems with a simple certificate of Titularity. And never get it bcz the sign opposed to it. I tried all morning, also went to the bank. Even with their assistance I couldn't get the Certificate with the App. It's weird. It's a simple thing...I can't imagine if you're in a real trouble with money and the Caixa Sign oppose to release the Approval to get your funds ..
