This app is okay... nothing really special that makes it stand out. I purchased hsk 3, 4, and 5. Only hsk 5 has the flashcard od the day working correctly with the pinyin, character and meaning provided. The flashcard notification does not seem to work at all for versions 3 and 4 on my Android device. This app could be a 5 star for me had a word of the day would work consistently and hsk 3 and 4 as well. I had to use other apps to help me get the word of the day and keep learning Chinese.

It's a good app but I hope when buying all the hsk there is a promo rather than buying them level by level

I've been self-studying using these apps since HSK 1. They've helped me remember the Hanzi and meanings very well. Now I've reached HSK 5, and I'm eagerly waiting for HSK 6. They're very helpful for memorizing Hanzi and their meanings. I really can't wait to get released HSK 6.

A great tool for acquiring and maintaining vocabulary. Tons of creative exercises. Too bad the premium version cannot be purchased in some countries.

It would be good to be able to add vocabulary from previous levels to custom lists. At the moment, you can find them in the dictionary, but not add it to custom lists. Those words are also part of the hsk5! The app only has vocab that is new to this level - that means that, in order to have all the hsk5 vocab, I would need to buy all the apps! In practice, most of words from the other levels are too easy, but the app does not make it easy to fill missing gaps from HSK3 and 4.

You can't just rely on the app to prepare, but it can play a key role in your overall prep. The pro version is definitely worth it.

The essential key to become good at understanding Chinese sentences is to memorize tons of Chinese vocabulary in a systematic way and slowly build sentences along with it. Learn Chinese is the right tool for me. Thanks.

The star rating is for value for money for the pro version. I've already got 2,3,4 and i like these apps. The apps are nice for reviewing what you already know and the usability is good. But £35 for this pro version unfortunately I can't justify it. I would consider buying it in a sale.

Wow this app is really amazing. With the sentence breakdown feature, to board games, and very good dictionary, I love this app helped me a lot in recognising chinese characters. Just one suggestion, can you provide sample sentences for some of the words because some words don't have even one sample sentence. NO OTHER FAULT !!!

I've just started using the app but noticed that the tone pronunciation was wrong for 拍。 Not a great start
