I like to use the app. But there are some things that could be better. One is that not all words have example sentences. And I would like a handwriting input. Overall this app is very convinient and I would recommend it to anyone learning canto.

This is a very useful dictionary indeed... It helps me a lot, and the example sentences are great (and occasionally a little bizarre!) But it would be super if favourite words could be exported (for flashcards, creating honzi practice sheets etc), which is why it doesn't get the full 5 stars... Sorry 😔

I really like this app, i can put in any English word and it gives me it's different forms and synonyms. Another fun thing is that it gives phrases and exclusion excoriation expressions relating to the word and they are really poetic. Overall a really useful app. I cut one star because recently they started showing an annoying pop-up ad which i don't like.

This has really good translation options with voice and different phrases of similar meaning. Eg "compassion" is challenging to translate to Cantonese so it gives multiple options and suble differences including the Buddhist references which is so useful for me! Love it. Hope more people use this!

I really like this app. It is very flexible. One can type an english word, paste a chinese character, or even type in the transliteration of a chinese word. Especially useful is the history function for reviewing new vocabulary. I highly recommend it.

Very suspicious that the app wants access to my accounts. It works but there's definitely room for improvement. I like that it does include Mandarin but Cantonese should be prioritized and not in random order mixed in with Mandarin words that aren't used in the common vernacular. The app also crashed the first time I used it so it may not be stable. Also, some kind of handwriting input option should be available and prompted for, otherwise, user can't input Chinese writing w/o having to download

Been using for few days. I am American born Chinese, and I use this to help converse with my parents (primarily speaks Cantonese). I like the range of vocabulary. I like that it translates to Cantonese and Mandarin, and gives the pinyin. I'm not giving 5 stars because it runs kinda slow, and sometimes it freezes and crashes.

A great resource, but with one big problem. The English text-to-speech tool the app uses is less than accurate, to say the least. For instance, the audio clip for the name Fang On Sang is read aloud as "FAYng AWn SAYng". It also pronounces Chan like it rhymes with 'man'. But other than this, it's an easy to use tool with a vast database.

I think overall this app isn't so good. It should have as many or more, or better features than Pleco. Please fix it. And also, try to install a feature where the user can change the colour of the app to their own preference. Thank you.

Really extensive database for translating between Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. It helps me as I'm a Canadian born Chinese who needs help translating for family members often, so it bridges those gaps for certain specialty words. I would suggest improving the UI, or even adding things such as Word of the Day to make the app more interactive and educational.
