2024-11-29 | Frank Steverson | MyChart is honestly a really good app and has been extremely helpful for me. It's particularly useful for keeping track of appointments and medication records without having to carry all the paperwork that accommodates things. The service is fast and reliable. Perfect for travel when you might need to access your medical records.
2024-11-27 | Jana Kaiser | This app is great with helping to keep up on medical things. You can print in some parts of the app, but others make u download to print. I couldn't get gentic results to print after I downloaded the files, I should be able to print with the app. I also wish I could schedule appointments instead of having to talk to someone. The lack of this feature seems redundant. This app has saved me from missed appointments. I like the map feature within the app. Overall, this is a great app.
2024-11-27 | Sherri G | App boots me out. I log out, log in. I have updated. Uninstall, installed. I can send more than 4 words to messages before kicked out of that screen. Worked well at first then after the first day it just lost it's capability to stay unto anything. I would have to look at test results by moving the screen to not time it out after reading a sentence.
2024-11-21 | Heidy Dodard | I love how easy it is for me to access my medical records. It is convenient to request a refill on medication. Even better, the access to telehealth for non emergencies includes video chats and rapid communication with a license professional. However, the best part is the ability to sync my health info with Samsung Health, making it possible to see vaccination records and lab tests easier.
2024-11-19 | Michael Smith | Of all the APPS I use, and there are many, this one is most important. It has saved so much time changing, scheduling, and reviewing appointments. With LLU I can see results of every test, notes about procedures, visits, and diagnosis. Meds list super handy. I can read lab, xray, scans, and other evaluative tests, often hours after done, including images, scans, and radiologist notes. After a visit, the Dr's notes are available. Best, I can message Dr, any time with question, A MUST HAVE !
2024-11-16 | Ashley “Ashley McBall” Parsons | This app has been an absolute lifesaver multiple times. My daughter is special needs and so there have been times where I need to get a hold of one of her many specialists, and this app has made it very possible. It's easy to use the format is very user-friendly. And has made access to her medical team whenever she is at home or even inpatient just unbelievably simple. I've come to rely more on this than calling into their offices. Not that that's unreliable MyChart just makes it easy. Amazing!
2024-11-13 | Katherine Hill | MyChart is probably the most organized, aesthetically pleasing, user friendly app I've ever used. The only issue I have is that in the messaging part, when you are sending a message to one of your physicians, you are only allowed to attach 3 photos per message. This is incredibly frustrating when it's important to have multiple photos from all angles, zoomed in and out, etc., and you have to send 6 different messages to send them all. Other than that one specific thing, I HIGHLY recommend this.
2024-11-12 | Brennan McKiernan | I have to be honest, I'm not great with technology. My doctor's had told me about my chart for years and I always brushed it off. I prefer old fashioned phone calls to hear a human voice. But once I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I had a lot more questions, I needed more help. MyChart is amazing at organizing my meds, refills, appointments, etc. I get everything I need in one spot. Seeing my test results helps me ask informed questions. Refills are a snap.
2024-11-07 | Terri Dickinson | If you are young and very tech savvy, this is probably great. Unfortunately I don't see well and have a slight tremor, and my doctor's office relies on this app for communication. With my vision and tremor, this app is frustrating with all the steps I had to go through to try and get it set up, and then to parse through to find my doctor's instructions was beyond frustrating. I despise it.
2024-11-05 | Jillian Williams | Fast results available, love how I can dm my doctor's and get a response within 48hrs. All of my appointments are available to view with detailed directions, instructions for visits, early arrival, directions to the facilities, and appointment durations. You can also schedule appointments through the app. It's very easy to use. Super organized. I love using the app |
