    This credit card application is extremely disappointing. It frequently shows errors or signs me out unexpectedly, making the experience frustrating. There's no option to add a beneficiary, and the interface is confusing with constant lags. For a bank with such a strong reputation, the quality of this app is unacceptable.

    Worst banking app...very slow..premitive design and bad UI.. cant make any sadad payment... i always get "session timed out notification" when the session just started and i have to log in again.

    Very poor experience so far. Keeps logging me out and having me to change my password. Very keen to give me a second credit card but I can hardly log in and see what's happening and having me this my main bank account. Very very buggy! Pls fix. How can I do day to day banking like this??

    Hundreds of times log in, but timed out, restart log in process. Worst app of my life. I'm trying to add a bill in order to pay, but stick to the login process for 30 minutes till now.

    It is an outdated and poor app that always crashes and with multiple bugs. It is a shame that ENBD didn't notice that they need to change it

    Needs major improvement. Very old style application as if designed in early days of the internet. Payment of bills is difficult and it is actually easier to transfer money to my other bank to pay. Of course transfer only during working hours otherwise you have to wait next day...ah No direct transfer using IBAN, transfers are next day after bank closes. Other bank apps have same day transfer and Iban transfer. Please look at the other banks they have applications that are way ahead of you NBD

    Slow and old style. Shows your balance in transcaction receipt. Doesn't show full details in the transaction statement. Doesn't show a statement of the running month

    Worst bank application ever. UI is terrible, UX is even worse. And it is very slow, stucks a lot, logging me out while I am in the middle of something. I assume development and coding are also terrible and worst of all.

    KSA. Fast but missing features. I can't pay my credit card through the app. I can't view my personal details in the app. I think they entered my birthdate wrong, because I can't register with their other online services using my correct birthdate. I'm getting an error saying I entered the wrong data. Edit: substract 1 star. Logs me out "due to inactivity" while I'm using it. Unusable now.

    This app is crashing a lot after the last update. It is also lacking the basic features of a banking app. It does not show any details of the investment account. On the other hand, it still shows details of a cancelled credit card. Developer needs to improve this app to reflect the reputation of the Emirates NBD bank. At least make it similar to any other banking app. Will then come back to re-rate this app accordingly. I've tried to send an email to the posted email address but I received a re
