Reset/reactivate the account on this app and you will have to reset/reactivate the OTP app, although both are the same account and the security element is what is different. The App mostly doesn't work for payment functions if out of business hours in Egypt, moreover, both of the App and online banking doesn't open due to a pup up message that we must update the token app. Despite the token app is updated, this message keeps on displaying so you can't access to your account and no option to close or hide this message, you will just be automatically logged out. | |
