Just opened the game back up after not playing for a while and the game restarted itself. I put money into this game and can't even restore purchases I've already made. Update: never got my purchases restored even after I showed proof of previous purchase to customer support. So avoid this game or at the very least don't make in app purchases. Second update: I've still not gotten my account back and after starting over I have now been booted a second time.

I must say, I played because I thought it'd be a funny pastime, but I return to it again and again even after missing a bunch of days playing because the story is absolutely amazing. The graphics are great, and the dress-up aspect of the game is fun. The only complaint I have is how long it takes to collect energy to play through the main story—which really is the best part of the game. This really staggers the enjoyment of the game when you progress farther into the story.

No pay No play! I can't make any purchases. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to clear cache and check my bank account. Really check my bank account?! I've been playing this game for almost 2 years and making monthly and yearly purchases for passes and paying fees to get points, and you think I need to check my balance?! Not to happy with this situation!
