It's easy to use. All appointments, Rx's, test results, appointment notes are easily accessed.

This is for the "pay as guest" feature only. I would say 90% of the time, it doesn't work. I get the payment amount, hit continue to pay and "ah snap" the pay window never loads. This puts me out but also means I need to call in to pay using more resources that drive up medical costs. I'm on a Chrome browser. Time of day doesn't seem to matter 6am or 8pm.
