2024-12-17 | Cool Daddy | Finally after all the years of a poorly functioning app the developers have created a Fantastic Experience! Everything appears to work smoothly and it is responsive and easy enough to navigate the different areas. Loving the Tim's Word Challenge (up to level 150 with no hints used so far 😋) and now I can play the Hockey Challenge again! 👍 Great Job ..... Don't keep 'fixing' what already works because that's when problems start. | |

When I try to log back in, a code is sent to my email and when I put that code in the app, it is not accepted. I try this process multiple times and none of the emailed codes are accepted by the app. It's very frustrating | |
2024-12-13 | Ebraham Helal | Awful, buggy app not allowing me to log in. It asked for verification code through email. IT TYPE IN THE EXACT SAME AND IT SAYS INCORRECT. Retried several times. I don't even know why it signed out of my account in the first place. Also, the Tim's credit card is horrible, they make you deposit money for you to use... you're basically using your own money, it's not credit! | |
2024-12-13 | AL | After the recent update, the app automatically logged me out. When I tried to logged back in with a new code sent to my email address, it keeps on saying invalid code. I had tried multiple times, still doesn't work. I had uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again, the same problem returns. Very frustrating! | |

After communicating with Mobile Support, Guest Services and Tim's Financial without any resolution, I'm still waiting and no response. Failing grade for CX support. Tim's Financial clients in particular, beware. The app is the only way you can access your account. | |

Breakfast to Lunch menu). Very annoying to order a hashbrown or donut only to be told at the window that they're out. However, after a recent change, it is prone to send orders to the wrong location, wasting user's time and money. That is because It does not give distances to different locations, as it used to, but only a long list of addresses, in a sequence that changes randomly, with no relationship to user's location or recent usage. | |

(Craveables crispy chicken) Them we go order an item then they say we don't have what we asked for. Then take that item off the menu. If your not gonna have that. I went in it was just roast beef crispy onions. Wife was pissed she didn't get what she wanted. Thanx We know u can't control everything but try harder next time. | |
2024-12-01 | Charlotte B | Awful! This app only lets you use an offer once, and if you want to use another, you have to wait 30 minutes! Also, if you order through the app, there's no way to customize! And the "offers" are either really good, or really bad. I hate how it says "buy 2 ice capps", or "Ice capp and donut", only it does NOT include the seasonal ice capps! What a total waste of time! And the word challenge is fun, but once you get to a certain level, they stop giving you rewards! (Points, for example) |
