| 2023-10-16 |  | | I had this app for a few years; however, there had been times the current week of Hope Sabbath School was not available. So, I started going on Youtube. Then, I couldn't access the Hope Channel app at all. Although I've uninstalled and installed the app many times, I still haven't been able to access it for about a year. So, I had my husband download the app on his iPhone, and it works just fine. Maybe the app doesn't work because I have a Samsung android. I sincerely miss the Hope Channel app. |

It happened to me on its recent update. but for me what i did, I went through settings (on Apps) I selected the app and cleared cache and app data. then i tried to open it again, it worked perfect thank you😇 |

Initially, the app performed very well, but within the past several months, the app crashes every few minutes (sometimes less than 1 minute), and I miss hearing important information. The same is true across three devices. I thought that it was my ISP, but today, I got a warning from my latest Android to put the Hope Channel app to sleep because of frequent crashes. I hope this can be fixed because I enjoy listening to HC around the world. |

| 2021-10-02 |  | | Unfortunately the accelerator support to turn your phone landscape mode and the screen adjust, only works in one direction.. when I turn my phone to the right the image flips to the left and I'm left watching an upside down picture. Because of this I'm unable to get immersed in the dramas and let it play at night while my phone chargers based on where the socket and cable must be... please fix |
