Wake up, there is the world around around... At least add an English option..., or... the developer can not speak English. The app cannot even remember the language preferences. Everytime it puts back the German language as default. Ridiculous! Unsubscribed and going back to Netflix. Even amazon have an English option. |

So many reviews point to year-long issues with the most basic functionality, the app gets updated but nothing is ever fixed. Two years later the app continues being mediocre... Sadly they don't even cover the entire Bundesliga anymore and barely show any CL. Luckily they still have the entire 2. Bundesliga, literally the only reason I haven't canceled my subscription yet. Then the app itself: The App is unstable, breaks down a lot and tends to buffer so much (without any apparent reason, e.g. 5G internet connection). |

Most of the shows don't have English subtitles. The attention to detail is appalling. They have a good selection of HBO shows and that's the only reason I'm subscribed. Couldn't find an option to download content without wifi, the episodes doesn't continue, you have to always press play to the next episode, the app is only in German and I cannot change, the interface sometimes is confusing, definitely canceling my subscription. I'd have loved to use this app during my trips, on the go, like I do with Netflix/Wow Presents/Zattoo/Disney Plus/Amazon prime. Deleting account is another horrible experience, it takes 1000 clic |
| 2023-02-26 |  | | Not often are you so disappointed in an app. There are many glitches, you always need to change the language (doesn't remember your choices), can't skip either recaps or intros, and unfortunately you have to watch trailers before watching an episode, even though you already pay for a subscription?! I even had to watch a trailer for the show I was watching, only 3 seasons ahead - therefore a potential spoiler! |

The language changes all the time ( for example, if you set an episode to English and if you pause it or the Intro comes, the language comes back to Deutsch). Many titles don't even have the original language, only Deutsch (for example, Parallel mothers). Many also have no subtitles at all (any language). So how about hearing impaired people? |

It restarts a couple of times in a single episode, doesn't remember the language preferences for the audio or the subtitles and it's not the smoothest or the prettiest UI out there. The content is great, that's why I chose it instead of Netflix. However, this app isn't on par with the content. |
