After changing banks, I couldn't activate my new payment account through my FONIC online account, nor make a one-time payment through my FONIC account. When the account balance ran low, their system sent an SMS and asked to answer with "JA" to add money but "Sender doesn't support [SMS] replies", so an answer wasn't even possible. Finally, I had to buy an "Aufladekarte" at a grocery store. They need better programmers... |
