I disabled fingerprint scan but still am forced to enter my password each time i quickly want to check something. This actually caused me to replace my super safe pw with a very short less safe but easy to enter one. That's counter productive and decreases security in the false name of increasing security. "g" plz stop deleting my review |

| 2024-09-10 |  | | Quite frequently i have to log in like a new user although I ticked the "stay logged in" feature. Right now I have to uninstall and reinstall the app because nothing works. And even then, after reinstallation and entering my number and password still no go 😠1 day later: everything works fine as if never any problems existed 🤔 1 month later by now and the app has been running faultlessly. Thank you very much ! |

| 2023-10-02 |  | | After reinstalling it's still taking it's time to load all the information. My credit is still 12€+ but it won't book the 5€ option because of insufficient credit. I have the same problems on their website. Information loads slowly and 12 < 5. I wrote the support a week ago at 10am but I haven't gotten an answer except for the automated one telling me I would get personal support SHORTLY. I didn't get a response to my mail so I switched to a different provider, I'm not calling your feed hotline. |

It's like an object lesson in how not to write Apps Reinstalled with deleted cache and storage. Worked one time. Next time I i went to pay for credit it doesn't work again. So I i have to uninstall clear cache and storage, reboot phone, every month. Unimpressive. |
