A Google user, 2016-06-04I don't think the plugin is even needed now. When you setup the widget, do Tap Behaviors > Start Another Activity > Select Activity/Shortcut > Shortcuts > Contacts > Direct Dial. Giving 5 stars because the developer told me this after a direct message.
