I could finally install it this year from google play, after not being able to do that before, because as a foreigner from an undesired country I was blocked from doing it. Needles to say, the customer service never acknowledged it. Now I can use it strictly with German internet providers, logging in is otherwise blocked (state secrets here). Good old German fixed opinions about some nations are still very much alive. |

| 2024-05-27 |  | | The app was messed up a few months ago and after they fixed it there was still a problem for at least 2 weeks that activated coupons were not redeemed when you made a purchase. Technical errors can occur and I understand, but this company as a matter of principle simply ignores emails. A truly bad user experience. |

I am curious what should I update if I have just installed it on my phone... Definitely will not use it anymore. Payback app works much better and doesn't piss you off. |
