It has filters, a lot of them actually. The usage part is weird though. I get it, it's going for a simple design, but it gets a bit too simple. Maybe add a bit of sliders, or at least change the intensity of the filters to vary by vertical sliding instead of horizontal, since that feels really weird. Especially because every position on the screen has a set amount of filter% instead of a free hand slider (if you know I what I mean), so if you try to update it, the last intensity is forgotten.
