2024-06-18 | Derrick K. | This is great. 👍🏻 I used to have a real graphing calculator when I was in school, so I'm familiar with some functions such as fractions, mixed numbers, etc. I'm not a math genius or anything, so some of the more advanced mathematical functions are over my head. 🤯 It does have a help section, but that isn't searchable, which may be inconvenient if you're looking for help with something specific. Also love that it's free for Play Pass subscribers. 😍 Overall, I highly recommend it... 👍🏻
2024-04-30 | John Hesse | Most excellent calculator! I use it all the time. I wish I could make the font size a little bit bigger sometimes.... Edit: oh my God! This app seems to have disappeared from my phone a few months ago but now it is miraculously returned. With bigger fonts in the buttons. Thank you. I do have one request and that is when you press the SHIFT key the brightness increases for the shift items. Currently they are dark gray over black. Very difficult to see. Thanks for the new and better version!
2024-04-28 | RichConnerGMN | ridiculously good, only outmatched by desmos and wolfram alpha, but it still does better in some aspects and is very inexpensive. the level of customization is incredible, it gets consistent updates, the size limits are pretty high (which i'm shocked isn't a thing in other apps), there's even 3d graphing, etc. i never thought i would recommend people a calculator of my own volition but here i am.
2024-03-09 | Joe Dvorak | I've been looking for a calculator that works like the classic TI's for my phone. I used to use a direct emulator but it was no longer supported on my newest phone. I've tested many different calculator apps and this is the best. It won't do gimmicks like take a picture of problem and solve it for you, but unlike all those apps, this is for people that actually use math with features like calculation history and variables. Engineers, programmers and scientists will find this a great app.
2024-02-23 | Brettany Renée Blatchley (Renée) | Useful for sophisticated analysis and for simply exploring math. High quality and customizable; very reasonably priced; and updated regularly with new & useful features. I do wish they published a user guide with specs, precision/accuracy, and methods. I read a lot of science & engineering papers on my Android phone, and it's handy to flip between the study and calculator: the graphing and alternative answer presentions let me play "what-if" to help me understand what I am researching.
2022-11-08 | Frank Wojtczak | When I'm doing calculations, I really appreciate NOT having to round things off. Doing so is less exact and can lead to problems. This is, by far, the best you can get. And using it on a tablet let's you see all the options on-screen at once. But when on a phone screen, they've managed quite well to fit so many features in. Bravo!
2022-10-02 | Mihai C. | I've been using this calculator for more than 4 years. It is the best calculator out there and it meets all my needs. After testing the app, I decided to purchase the pro version to get rid of ads and unlock full functionality. The small one-time fee was worth it. The developer constantly improves the calculator mostly by adding support for more advanced calculations such as series, matrices, integra, solving ecuations, etc. (interface/look as far as I can tell doesn't change much - a plus).
2022-09-27 | Dale Hume | Great calculator. Free version was cool. I liked it enough to purchase 4-5 years ago the Pro ver. with added features. I use it a lot. Fun too. With large stored library of data getting larger often, you can get an answer to so much, including, Life, the Univers and Everything! Yes the answer is there. Pro is worth the $ money. Interface and menus are a great help and are improved often.
2022-03-14 | Gary Goodman | Has more capabilities than all but the most expensive physical calculators, except for statistics. (Edit: statistics is now added.) It is easier to use with great built-in help and is configurable to the styles used in different countries. Besides that, you will always have it with you. It stores your past entries so that you can edit and reuse them with different values.
2021-08-29 | Adam Conover | I like the fact that it has same look and feel of the typical "hand-held scientific calculators" that I grew up with... and with all the essential functions found on all but the highest-end engineering calculators. But, for the most part, if I need more functionality than what this has to offer, I'm into the territory of needing a full "computer algebra system" or statistical analysis software anyway. |
