Easy to navigate. However, I didn't get to use my birthday reward since it disappeared from my account on the day it expired. UPDATE - This year, I was able to get my bday cookie, but I wasn't able to use it at the kiosk inside the store. When I tried to leave a tip ordering on the app, it wouldn't go through unless I didn't leave a tip.

I love Crumbl and get it often, and this app is very useful and simple to use. The only complaint I have is that you cannot check how much money you have on gift cards on the app, you have to check in person. It would be a lot more helpful and easier to be able to check on the app. Other than that this app is great and I would encourage people to get it if you go to Crumbl often, especially because you get points for every order, so you can get free items/food overtime. This app is awful. I ordered and the app said the time was taken. So I tried other times and tried the "Try again" button which hung. Nothing went through. Yet I find out that Crumbl charges my card 7 times, yet no orders went through to the store (I checked with them). The developers should change the logic to place the order at the store. Then charge the card. If the card is bad, automatically cancel the order with the store. Bad business logic.
