Also, why the feedback survey in this app does not allow any numerical or special character such as comma or fullstop. Add a section in the app that why your train is running late and if the train is not able to reach the destination on time than refund partial amount as Indian Railway is charging so much but the train does not come on time. |

Prior to that, I was able to book a tatkal ticket quite easily, but after updating the app, my experience is very bad with the app. Every time I tried to book, it became not responding. I wonder why we are not able to make an app like a hotstar where millions of users enjoy live matches without interruption. Please make an effort to make a smooth experience while booking tatkal tickets. |

IRCTC thinks on revenue purpose not on app stabilization. After making payments also we are not getting immediate confirmation app is loading for long time. App interface freezes at the last critical moment of booking confirmation page. What are you guys even charging for as convenience fees? It always get stuck in all stages from beginning and when you reach upto payment stage you will find that No seats available and your payment gets deducted. You have booked waiting tickets and you have to give cancellation charges to railway that's for free. Free free. Very Bug👾 application. Common people always gets cheated. |
