    In this modern world with the high speed internet and AI technologies this app is lagging behind decade and at the time of tatkal this app goes on 'sleep'. Also, why the feedback survey in this app does not allow any numerical or special character such as comma or fullstop. Add a section in the app that why your train is running late and if the train is not able to reach the destination on time than refund partial amount as Indian Railway is charging so much but the train does not come on time.

    Absolutely the worst app for e commerce. Zero stars. App is slow, full of ads popping up and messing the main booking process. I am still unable to book ticket as the payment screen just goes blank. My profile also says incomplete though I have everything in that Web page. It does not say what is incomplete. Support link does not work and no one from support bothers to reply. It is full of incompetent staff

    The IRCTC app is absolutely the worst app I've ever used. It’s plagued with constant crashes, slow loading times, and frequent errors during booking. More than once, I've had payments deducted without getting a ticket, and customer service is completely useless – they never provide a resolution or even an apology. The app is outdated, unreliable, and full of glitches. It's a nightmare to use, especially when you're in a hurry. For such an important service, this app is a huge letdown. I wouldn’t

    I don't understand the update, like what happened to the app after the update installed 2-3 weeks ago. Prior to that, I was able to book a tatkal ticket quite easily, but after updating the app, my experience is very bad with the app. Every time I tried to book, it became not responding. I wonder why we are not able to make an app like a hotstar where millions of users enjoy live matches without interruption. Please make an effort to make a smooth experience while booking tatkal tickets.

    IRCTC app is seriously the worst! Hackers easily buy Tatkal (TQWL) tickets instantly, while for regular users the server keeps crashing every time we try. The UI is so outdated and frustrating to use. Honestly, I’d recommend using ConfirmTkt or any other alternative. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would definitely go for it instead of 1 star.

    IRCTC needs to think about how much frustration customer has while booking a ticket. During a tatkal time why ads needs to be populated. IRCTC thinks on revenue purpose not on app stabilization. After making payments also we are not getting immediate confirmation app is loading for long time. Considering our urgency we try to book another ticket. Though the status would have crossed waiting list but the initial search page shows ticket is available. This is kind of scam.

    App is a nightmare. It's a constant battle with glitches, slow loading times, and payment failures. Forget about booking tickets during peak hours, it's impossible.     This app is totally worst, Whenever I think of it to book a ticket through the app. This problem always occurs, unable to retrieve data, try Again. I don't know whether the app developers are sleeping or their servers are always down. I use OnePlus 9 phone where all the apps work except this one. Now kindly guys wake up in the era of 5G environment.

    Are there not any IT personnel who actually knows how to manage loads during weekend end demands, let alone the season peak demands. App interface freezes at the last critical moment of booking confirmation page. What are you guys even charging for as convenience fees? Certainly the company should be penalized for every interface/process freeze. It's horribly frustrating experience to book a ticket here. I tried 2 transactions just to get a blank white page for minutes at the end.

    The Worst Application i have ever downloaded. This application never works when you are booking tickets. It always get stuck in all stages from beginning and when you reach upto payment stage you will find that No seats available and your payment gets deducted. You have booked waiting tickets and you have to give cancellation charges to railway that's for free. Free free. Very Bug👾 application. Common people always gets cheated.
