| 2024-11-28 |  | | This company is a SCAM. This app gives you promotional pop ups and then the company refuses to honor them. I got a pop up for a $100 credit. Followed the buttons through the pop up and made the purchase it requested. I did not receive the credit and have spent the last 3 days arguing with customer service who refuses to honor their deal. They wanted a screenshot of the pop up for proof. I didn't expect them to deny the promotion inside their own app so I didn't get one. Lesson learned. Scammers! |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | Has amazing products you can look at but forget about trying to get ahold of someone if something goes wrong with the app. I've been trying to get help with the glitching and I keep getting told to send the same thing over and over again and nothing happens. Edit: Even if you get ahold of customer service nothing will happen I've been trying too for about a week now and keep getting no help... it's ridiculous. |

I'd like to exchange it for one much darker without all the stuff your asking me to do. Simple- bad color , please exchange . I've already spoke in your support place . Simple. | 2024-11-23 |  | | I love shein for the prices and I've never gotten bad quality items, the prices don't always match at checkout but it's usually just a dollar or two, but the only part I cannot stand it the games and free rewards, they never work, it will say share with ONE friend to get your prize so I send it and they follow the directions but I either get "oops somthing went wrong" or "share with one more person" over and over again. You keep sharing this link and never win. Other than that I love it |

There's no way to X out of them and it's just one after another after another. I sat there for two, three minutes waiting for it to stop and finally just had to close the whole app. Do you want people to use this app or not? Just let me buy some cheap clothes because I'm broke af and leave me tf alone, thanks. |

They have items that are falsely advertised and customer service WILL NOT help you. Their only recommendation is to return the item when it's received. So don't think you're getting a refund any time soon. I'll stick to Amazon and temu. Won't be be doing business with shein and I certainly won't be recommending it. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | Worst shopping app ever. Shein advertises their games, but you spend all day winning only to be told your account is frozen once you win and go to spend. I contacted customer support, and they told me to follow the rules. I also see on fb groups that lots of other people are having the same issue. Your credits expire in 7 days, and there is nothing you can do to get your account in good standing, but Shein is super quick to send notifications reminding you to spend your credits. NOT recommended |

Also the "coupons" are rigged it lwts you win a couple times then when you get really close it asks you to do stuff that you didn't wanna do. Like the stupid wheel spin. I can't put every detoal in here. This app socks but the stuff on here is good. |

Like I don't wanna win every time I open the app but once a year would be nice but any game or coupon u gotta do just one more thing. Like invite one more person but like what person in 2024 doesn't have this app like give me a break man let me win once in a while |
