| 2024-11-19 |  | | NBC News has greatly improved. The News Now feature is now working properly, with the landscape mode fixed. The only things bothering me are the fonts in the news cards & articles, which are too small to read. It would be nice to have the option to change the fonts. Doesn't allow screenshots which I don't like because you could screenshot an issue then forward that issue to support for feedback. Please keep updating and enhancing for an even better design experience. |

It still has some glitches, and it has a tendency to play the same segments over and over again rather than seamlessly transition to something reasonable like live news or a different show. But overall, a pretty good app that works well on a TV. |

| 2023-05-31 |  | | Now that they fixed the annoying notification bug, I'm very happy with the app. It's very versatile with ways to absorb the news and I like that though biased toward the left, it's mostly factual. The app itself is smooth, well organized, so I'm glad they were able to fix the bug. I'm also happy that their customer service notified me via email about the fix even though I had uninstalled the app. Had they not done that, it would have remained deleted. |

I have the "notifications" setting turned off, but I still get these notices multiple times per day. There is no setting I can find to stop these annoying notices. I uninstalled the app until this obvious bug is fixed. |

But, the last few days the audio stops every time there's a commercial break and the only way I seem to be able to start the audio again is to force stop the app. I'm not having this issue with other apps and there's no new update available .. wishing for an update which might fix this. |
| 2021-05-18 |  | | Now takes 30 seconds to load, no pics show. EVERY TIME I view an article then go back, your whole app goes blank and refreshes the page for 4-5 seconds, which is really annoying. BUT, if I open this app after having not used it for an entire DAY, it DOES NOT REFRESH anything, and I have to manually refresh the app to get the latest news! That is really really stupid. Please fire all your app developers and hire two dozen monkeys instead. I'm sure they will do a better job than your programers! |

App auto-closes the article you're reading and reverts back to a refreshed home page if you switch to another app for just one second, or put your phone down, so forget about finding that half-read article ever again. The click bait articles at the end are ridiculous. I don't care about Tommy Chong's CBD oil! |
| 2020-08-12 |  | | i like the app, but i really don't like this one thing it does: if I'm reading one article, and then the phone screen turns off, or i switch to another app and come back to NBC news, instead of returning me to the article i was reading, it returns back to the home page, and if I was reading an older article, linked from a notification from a couple days prior, it's rather difficult to find the original article again. 😖 please fix for 5 stars. thx. |
