doesn't work on android. connecting the app to the headphones causes the headphones to turn off immediately. headphones work great when app is uninstalled. but apparently doesn't work at all with the three android devices I've tried.

This is a piece of Cr-app! I can connect to my RPT-02 SOL's just fine without this app and all functions work as expected. Put this app in the mix and it breaks the Bluetooth connection whilst trying to pair and will not reconnect causing an infinite loop of restarting app/turning Bluetooth on&off! I think I will not be updating my firmware anytime soon until they fix this app-alling nightmare. Looks like the customizable button is only for Spotify/hey-gooble functionality neither of which I use

The application itself breaks Bluetooth connectivity with my RPT_02, the secondary LE connection the app establishes causes the headphones to power down when phone starts to connect to the device. Only way to use them is to entirely disable nearby devices or remove the app. You have a week or I'm returning the headphones unused. P.s. who the hell thought using androids nearby devices is a good idea, severely suspect choices.

Worst user experience i have ever seen on pairing a new device to my phone , i already paired my fwd-2 and when i open the app it just try to pair again! Which by pairing again , my headphones are gone , did reset and factory reset , forgetting the pairing , none of them worked. Really terrible experience.

I love the experience, but the app itself has way too many issues. For starters, the app doesn't even have a Watch companion app, and the app, much like other Adidas apps, needs dark theme support. The app doesn't connect to the headphones unless the app is opened. This is ridiculous.

The app is pretty good. But I have never been able to update the headphones. It asks me to go to Bluetooth settings and select the headphones, but they are already connected to the phone. If they weren't, then I wouldn't have got the notification to update the firmware in the first place. Really frustrating!

After successfully connecting and pairing the earbuds, the app is stuck at 'searching for headphones' forever. Nothing works even after resetting the earbuds, restarting the phone, reinstalling the app, deleting data and cache! Very disappointed.

The headphones are 10/10 amazing (long lasting battery, great sound, comfortable) but the actual app is absolute garbage that often won't even open, just goes into trying to set up the headphone that have already been set up multiple times. Doesn't impact the headphone experience too much because you don't necessarily need to use the hardware but it makes it difficult to check battery life and it's an annoying thing to struggle with.

The earphones are so good, but the app is flimsy. You would have thought once you set the equaliser it will remember the presets. Nope. Everytime you switch the earphones on, you need to set the sound. Moreover, everytime you change between music source (YouTube, radio, music app), you have to set the sound. As i write these words, the app is continuing to search for the earphones, which are in my ears, blasting flat sound from Amazon Music.

Great looking app and nicely explains the usage of the earphones! Only negative point is the lack of options in the action menu. For example when I'm connected to multiple devices, I would love to switch between them via action button.
