Most drivers take their own sweet time to start their journey to pick up point from the time they accept the ride. If you cancel the ride for the drivers being late from the ETA, you're not given any refund. You're charged at least 5$ for the ride, regardless of whether you take it or not. I'd prefer the Lyft services since they offer the same price for better services. |

MUCH more affordable than Uber — and I've noticed Zoom Zoom drivers use the QUICKEST and most EFFICIENT route in consideration of the riders' time & schedule which is a breath of fresh air considering Uber and other taxis will often use the LONGEST ROUTE method for directions to rack up those mileage charges ($$$$) and essentially waste their patrons' time and money. Wish Zoom Zoom had more availability in West Lincoln/St. Anns, Ontario, Canada though!! |
