Unable to merge tickets with the latest update. Update: this is still unresolved Update 2: increasing the rating to 3, will make it 5 once I have received a resolution on this.

Useless and overpriced customer portal that will rip you off when billing starts for the next year... 30 € more billed without any information about WHY. VIBER TEMPLATES anytime soon (as WhatsApp is like totally exposing passwords and usernames). Sending emails does not do any good as you answer on emails once per year ... I AM NOT SENDING YOU MY CONTACT INFO FOR MILIONTH TIME... AS YOU DO NOT CARE TO RESPOND MORE THAN OMCE PER YEAR ... NO ANSWER TO MY EMAILS AT ALL !!!

Product is good! But dreadful, pathetic support. 15 days nearly just to add credits to enable support via WhatsApp! Unacceptable for an app which claims to enable great support. Zoho, your support team is a joke. FYI, your team promised a resolution by eod Aug 20th. Still haven't received a response.

The biggest disadvantage of this app is that it cannot respond to queries about the Play Store or social media sites via Zoho Android app. I informed customer support about this three months ago, but it hasn't helped.
