2024-11-09 | Dave Merritt | I pay for the security of Zoho, and now everyone finds me through this email, so I have to keep it. The spam filtering is great, and the desktop interface is great. But it bothers me that, after so many years, you still cannot create folders in the android app. It just boggles my mind that in order to create a folder I need to use a mobile browser with a clunky interface. To me, that's just crazy. Unacceptable, really. It would be so easy to make this a perfect email service.
2024-10-09 | Dud | wanting to move into a developer who can offer all of the services that may be Google can, and do it in their own way and in a similar style that I can relate to, put me here to this email. the difference though has impressed me with the simplicity here. it's not so much that it has more tricks, not by any means, but the color and the style feels traditional, and it's wrapped into the whole companies other apps, moves well with them, and because I might as well do 500 characters since I'm here.
2024-07-11 | Reese Pieces | Email works fine except there's no reply all button; there's an extra step to do that. I tried to set up a calendar for our growing business and much to my surprise, my calendar on android looks very different from my coworkers on apple. Mine does not display the events except for a tiny dot whereas theirs displays what the event is. I will be using it the most and this is unacceptable to me so I'll be using Google calendar until my app has the same update. I need to see everything at a glance.
2024-07-09 | K.S. Bhaskar | It does the job, but two small features would make it much more useful. (1) An option to list server folders in reverse order. I file my mails by year, and would like recent years first. (2) The ability to open/close folders containing subfolders. There's a little icon there but it doesn't work. Also the scroll thumb doesn't work when scrolling folders on the server.
2024-01-17 | Matthew Saunders | If you click "Inbox", you do not see all your emails. I havent figured out what makes an email go to inbox or not, but I am constantly missing important messages. And if you click the "All messages" option, the phone app crashes. I have not had a good experience with any of zoo's apps and services.
2023-10-29 | Alan Shadduck | It works well. Zoho is the best bank for the buck for an email server, great admin controls from the web UI. My only complaint is what they call "name spoofing" -- ONLY the email addresses for incoming email is displayed by default, NOT the NAMES of the sender -- this is TERRIBLE! It can only be turned off on their end. Requested in a chat and it took 48 hours to fix. Now is awesome! Another review complained about all mail not going to Inbox, easy fix in Settings, Filters, SmartFilters OFF.
2023-08-26 | Brandon | I've been using this app exclusively for a few years, it's OKAY, but it has so many small bugs that really affect it's usability. Sad that they don't seem to notice or care. Example, if you're reading a long email and need to zoom in to see a small chart it moves the entire email way up or down as you zoom so you completely lose your place. Extremely frustrating.
2023-07-29 | Gary Ray | This is a pretty good app. There are only a couple of things I've found that I don't like. 1. It doesn't show the pictures in my emails without clicking to show the pictures. I would prefer that it automatically show the pictures. A setting that would allow me to choose this option would be great. 2. I would prefer that the Inbox would show me all my emails. I can work around this, however, using "All Messages" under "Views."
2023-01-06 | Shifath Shams | Have been using this App for nearly 4 years now, never faced a problem till now. Whenever I try to reply to an email, my messages converts to quoted part of the original message. So when the reply is sent, the other party does not see my message unless they expands the quoted part. This problem seems to be only limited to Android as it is not present in my iPhone.
2022-08-14 | G. Shultz | Just signed up and so far so good. For my needs, I just needed a basic email box, ability to receive new email notifications, a custom email address, and the ability to set up multiple aliases, and all of this was able to be done easily. You can't pay monthly, but even the price per year is great. I'm very happy so far. |
