Not real user friendly if you're searching for a contact. Ex - couch search then have to click whether you want a sub search, then click what field, then click apply. Why can't I just put the name in and search? Why SO COMPLICATED. When adding the "date" of a first visit... System brings up a LIST of dates to enter, and you have to scroll all the way down the list to click on the entry bar to put the date in. Not used friendly There are other things but this is already too long
