products that are no longer carried are still in our inverter and can not be removed. In the waste option there is product missing so it can not be added through the app.

A tempermental piece of garbage that is completely unusable on my phone. In the past, this app was extremely slow and buggy, but manageable. Every step required a long loading screen and if I didn't baby my phone the app would crash when it went to sleep. Now it crashes constantly even with the latest update, I have spent an hour of my free time just trying to set up an order before the next shift and with no luck.

It's good, but it crashes every time I open it . I have to reopen it multiple times until it eventually works .😒

Crashes at least once or twice every time I have to use it. Try to make an order? Freeze and crash. Inventory? Freeze and crash. Works better if you're on WiFi but unfortunately that's not always an option. Currently uninstalling and reinstalling to try and trouble shoot a spontaneous settings change that won't let me change them so I can't do my job today :)

When it works, it's great. Freezes up consistently, when you uninstall and reinstall it doesn't save all the settings in the app, so you have redo it every time and I find myself having to uninstall it often.

very slow, needs to load/update screen every change of screen which is about a 5 second delay each time. does this no matter what device you use.

If you work for Subway, especially if you handle inventory, deliveries, and product orders this app is the BEST. Very easy to navigate in this app. It keeps you up to date on product and store info. It works easily with the P.O.S. system allowing you to import any orders, counts, and deliveries from the app to the P.O.S system. You can set it to read the scan bar, and where in the store product is supposed to go. It even can keep track of all product movement. Lost one star to long upload time.
