| 2024-11-27 |  | | Edit: apparently it's a feature not a bug. It's so annoying I didn't realize. Wish there was a way to turn it off. The gray glitch is driving me crazy. All of a sudden for no reason, everything on screen except the video will go gray. Background, text, icons, etc. All gray. It happens for no reason and I can't turn it off. Other people have reported that turning on their battery saver gets rid of it, but the doesn't work for me. Glitch started as of 11/2024. |

Your drafts aren't saved when you reset the app which is a major downfall since starting this whole account. you have to reset the app constantly or it won't function besides playing and searching videos. Only reason I'm keeping it is because it's the app with the most viewership and interaction for my content. Getting help is ridiculous. They need a live help agent of some kind. |

Tiktok continues to give me notifications from the account I'm trying to log into, yet tells me the information isn't valid or tells me to sign in a different way. I checked online, and my account is still up, so, this is an issue that can be worked on/fixed to reassure people's positive interactions on the app! |

I've tried to open my app multiple times, and after 1 scroll, it shuts down. It's so bad that I even got a message about rebooting my experience because the app keeps crashing. This last update really screwed everything up. I got logged out of my account, and now I can't log back in. All of my drafts are probably gone. |

(The only way to stop unwanted users from your "for-you" page this is to block user.) the content preferences button and reset does not do anything. constantly asking to allow my contacts to be used is infuriating. please add a do not ask again button (that actually works) The new STEM feed is great! |

I can't even open the app after sundown now because I don't want to see something haunting before bed. Unless they can dress it up so I don't have nightmares at night, be careful on this app at night. |

And then tiktok doesn't take down videos that need to be taken down and sometimes gets confused and takes down videos that don't have any problematic activities, of those problems are fixed then great app altogether!! |

Ads from creators, ad count downs, and fake reddit posts selling products. I hate ads and end up skipping most of the videos, now it sucks. The ad count downs are the worst, how are you going to put an ad right in my face after a video, I wanted to rewatch it again! This app is now only ads and it's gross. |

It also crashes while trying to edit a video and then all of my editing is not saved and so I have to start over again and yes I do have the latest update |
