2024-11-22 | igor bruni | The app crashes often. The overall experience is very poor. Security, in this case, is not synonym of usability. I definitely do not reccomend it. Edit: after more months of usage (I have to because my company made a contract with them) I can confirm that this is a very poor product. The overall experience is so poor that sometimes the phone need to be restarted. Very often the information displayed on the email app are bouncing up and down, thus the email app is not usable. Zero stars or less. | |
2024-02-18 | Tom Bartos | Unreliable. Quits all the time. Slow to open. Attachments fail to open frequently for no reason. Messages hang in the outbox for days. Occasionally messages delayed in outbox leave and disappear (not delivered). Randomly requires to log back in with credentials for example when moving between folders, when changing phone orientation, or shifting between WiFi and cellular networks. Even sometimes quits when in the middle of drafting an email! User experience is simply awful. | |

The apps that it launchpads for never run smoothly, can't be launched on their own, and if I can get them to load, they will 100% of the time freeze my phone to the point of multiple hard reboots attempts just to get out. | |

There is no option to change what my swipe action does. It takes literally over 45 seconds to load the app most days. It logs me out every damned day. Oh, and when you click the "feedback" button? The feedback email bounces back as "the recipient rejected the email." That is exactly representative of their attitude and quality. | |

I can't wake my phone with the fingerprint sensor anymore, despite still being allowed to unlock it that same way. I also don't see text message notification icon on the always-on display anymore until I wake up the phone. Has nothing to do with unlocking. It's like the phone doesn't sleep but hibernates instead. | |
2021-01-24 | relu ilie | I am using Worx/Secure Hub for 5 years because my company obliged me. I cannot express the level of frustration and the number of failures, actually every few weeks. Citrix offers zero support to endusers. Lately the app requires logon every minute, and doing this it takes control over anything else on phone. Uninstalling and installing it again, with all its parts, takes hours. Not sure it will help, and anyhow the next failure is just a question of time. | |

Every 2 mins it pops up with a sign in verification while I'm on a totally different app making the phone unusable pretty much. This is an embarrassment. Also, new emails are no longer notifying me and I won't know if I have emails until I manually go in and check. Just a useless embarrassment of an app. | |

It goes against most intuition to making a successful mobile app. The biggest quark is it seems to have the corner on Citrix based platforms so I question the motive on ever making this any better for end users. Secure Hub and the suite of apps are not reliable, require constant reinstalls, fall out of compliance due to version controls, and poorly ask too much of the end user for this to be a trusted program. Having this on your phone is a fate worse than death. Look elsewhere. MobileIron, Office 365. Far better options. | |
2020-07-07 | Sparky 2036 | Yes, it takes total control of your phone but it's designed to protect sensitive information. It's primarily for government workers and federal contractors, not teachers and people with a regular 9 to 5. This app is the ONLY way people in my division can access email without using a VPN on a secure network. My biggest complaint is the constant notifications it gives. |
