Dark theme does not get set after changing theme. The setting drop-down on th side does not show text at all.

This app needs to basically be rewritten from scratch. The notifications, back button UX, and navigation all make no sense. Further, the performance is really horrid in terms of simple things like loading a ticket. Needs a complete do over and if the developers are being honest, they probably know it.

Why are NEW cmmts on web listed 1st, but LAST on the app? I get bombarded with notifications for tickets not assigned to me. I wish I could filter those to responses only to NEW tickets, New customer and agents response to which Im cc'd on.
