Now, set up automatic payment on my paytm even though I said that I am only going to try for a month. After some time, I decided I'd cancel the free 30 day subscription because I was not finding it useful, there was no option in app to cancel. So I contacted customer care and he said he would cancel from his end. Now, despite that 100 Rs got deducted. Will make sure none uses itin my group. |

I was forced to pay again to unlock the subscription, but the best part is this - there is no one to complain to if you want a refund. Both their contact numbers are invalid and the support email ID does not exist! What a way to run a business. I want my money back. So dissapointed that 24Seven and Looks Salon work with them. |
