    The app lies about delivery and pickup times, but it's too late when you paid, and have to wait 1hr longer than advertised! Shady practices. There are no pictures of food items, which makes it hard to confirm what is it that you're ordering, as name is not always descriptive.

    I did order chicken and rice and waited 25 min for order, no update in the app, I come to the restaurant, and the say they declined it and in their system. Nothing in the app, they didn't return money and I didn't receive my food. Plus the have another bug when stamp card bonus order declined before order placed they don't return this bonus money. These are P1 bugs. Terrible quality. Money stealer.

    The app nonstop, when I order, takes me to Google store page without telling me anything. I will assume they wanted the 1 star review.

    Avoid this app, seems like they scam tourists! I visited Krakow recently and ordered a pizza and it said 10-20 minute delivery, but after payment it changed to 90 minutes. I phoned to cancel and the order was not delivered, however Pyszne.pl will not refund me and are now ignoring my emails.

    Impossible to find my basket and retrieve the voucher if the payment does not process from the first time. Very bad, fix your payment methods and order baskets.

    This used to be a really good app/service - now it has deteriorated beyond recognition. No vouchers for points, barely any promos, huge delivery fees, veeery long delivery times, no customer hotline like in the past. Literally any foodie app right now is better than this

    It is not working. It took my money and didn't send my order to restaurant. They don't have any help for clients. Also the app looks broken, some random information are in other languages and whole experience was negative.

    Cannot manage addresses. Inbox doesn't work. Phone number is taken from last order not from selected address. Average delivery time should be based on weekdays. Describing orde issues requires more than 250 characters. Help options are ridiculous. Users must have the possibility to send messages through the app without having to call the shop unless it is strictly necessary.

    the lack of clarity in the app itself caused me to mistakenly select the self pickup option, which then wasn't mentioned anywhere in the app or the restaurant's order. I couldn't understand the restaurant's employee that called me due to a language barrier. The app itself marked my order as complete. After two hours, the delivery guy saved the day because I could talk to him. I ended up having to cancel the order, which wasn't even an option in the app

    Absolutely worst food delivery app available, avoid at all cost! Starting with the app itself, it doesn't work smooth, the UI is terrible, looks like it was made by an intern. Next, the value proposition - much higher delivery fees and minimum order amounts. Customer support used to be there, but now it isn't. Just some FAQs, you can try sending an email if you really want it, that's it. Courier often is visible on the map standing in one spot or moving in an opposite direction. Just use Wolt.
