2024-12-04 | Khalil Sadiq | I wasted way to much time doing the very random surveys from this app!?! Never again...deleted and will not be looking back to download ever again. It's almost too much bad to get into one app review complaint but the very few surveys that did get to me were completed promptly but it still took months upon months to get enough points to cash out for a $15 Amazon gift card. Then...guess what?!? I never received said gift card and still have not!?! Our governmemnt should be embarrassed by this app
2024-11-24 | Samantha | Initially, this was a 5-star review. However, for the past 2 months, I have not been compensated for Pulse being active on my phone. I had no issues with it before, and it's always running, so I am failing to see the issue. I have reached out twice to customer service, and there is no response besides the automated message. I'm super disappointed because I really do like this app. Please fix this.
2024-11-20 | Cold Warrior | Good app. Made $100 in 6 months. Directed deposited day after I cashed in. Interesting surveys that are mostly of political nature. Don't recommend using Connections on the app. You are supposed to get points by giving them access to your streaming apps and Amazon shopping. They take your info but don't award the points. Customer service is nonexistent..They reply back several weeks later and tell you there is no problem and don't give you the points. They then tell you to do the same thing.
2024-11-12 | Jeff | The problems still continue years later with new ones cropping up all the time. They continually don't give you points. At this point they owe me thousands of dollars. They will occasionally fix things but not before they owe you thousands and thousands of points. And in the meantime six new things have broken and they owe more. Previous review: This used to be the best place for getting paid for surveys. Now things haven't worked in months, you can't log in and their support does not respond.
2024-11-07 | Stel Boo | Definitely THE best app if you want to get rewards the fastest. Every month you can get one $25 gift card with a generous amount of options. Each survey session is not very long, no longer than 30 minutes usually, and give out around 2000 points each. And the best part is that you'll rarely get disqualified from surveys, which should be a bare minimum for survey apps. The gift cards didn't take too long to be sent to me. I had a few bugs here and there, but it didn't affect anything important.
2024-10-31 | wizardcat | Sometimes, has issues. Earlier today, I was filling out a paid survey, and It closed/crashed on what I think was the last question and didn't give me any points. It has only happened once, but I had already spent like 18-20 minutes on the survey and was about to write a paragraph explaining my response. I don't know if it took my answers without giving me points or lost my answers, but ethier way it irked me. EDIT: It hasn't done it again. It is really easy to accidentally close surveys, though.
2024-10-31 | Michael Purdy | Don't bother with pulse tracking since it doesn't actually give rewards. I submitted an inquiry and they just said I installed it wrong. Surveys pay less on this app than any other survey app I've tried. You get a few pennies for a survey that takes half an hour and you cannot cash out until you hit $25, which takes several months. You only get one survey per day. Most surveys won't be relevant to you. It isn't worth your time.
2024-10-27 | Laura Brady | The surveys take a lot longer than the estimate, and they don't pay much. They are offered fairly often, though, and I'm never disqualified. I signed up for pulse tracking in August. It is set up properly; but, I haven't gotten a single point for that, so far.
2024-06-27 | A Google user | Stupid, glitchy app. I tried using Pulse (an optional part of the app) and it didn't work to set up. I followed the instructions precisely and it didn't work, just keeps showing "finish setting up Pulse." Also, on daily questions, sometimes one of the questions will say to choose all answer options that apply, but then it will only let you pick one option. Also, will say that daily question results are available, but then they don't show up and aren't available so you can't ever find results.
2024-06-17 | Lisa Smith | I like the surveys and the payout options. Although I'm having issues with a few things such as Pulse, I keep getting notifications, or when I go on the app that my "Pulse" isn't registering, under the "Task" tab, it shows that there's a survey available but when I click on the tab I get an error messages "There was a problem creating your profile, could you please re-enter your email address" I have sent messages to support through emails. |
