Then the app wouldn't let me delete it. 😒 As another user said, it won't let you put in a flat number - even when you enter it, then denies you because it couldn't verify your address. I talked to customer service who said that they would only take an ID with my current address, but then they refused to take it. Glitchy and hard to use. |
