The rest is considered "deep cleaning". For 35 aed/hr you expect more than just surface cleaning. So, I'd say, if you need basic cleaning then go for it. |

Instead of spending money on paid ads and promotions, why don't you actually focus on delivering good service and better customer care. And being a start up is no excuse of no shows repeatedly. To the fortunate ones: don't bother trying this app for now till they get their game right! Save yourself the trouble. |
| 2022-07-24 |  | | I booked Cleaning service for today.Whn i booked the service,iwas in AlQuoz & the app picked that location pin & i too didnt realise which,an error from my part,however i keyed in my full address. The App automatically removed the last part of the address which was Al Nahda, Sharjah & the pin location was used.I received a call from Yellow chat & i was asked for the address thats when i realised the issue.Im being charged cancellation charge of 29Dhs.i feel it should be a shared responsibility. |
