This will be the last time I use this app since I’ve tried reaching out to support without success. I will uninstall this app as soon as I receive this so-called "fake promo" delivery. Thanks |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | Non-existent support, very long delivery times, higher restaurant prices (compared to other similar delivery competitors), no credit card refunds, the "new" app still using the old map system, while the old delisted one (Yassir Express) is using the new map. Terrible overall experience. EDIT: The map issue has been fixed, hence the added 2nd star. But now they've introduced very intrusive marketing popups everytime you open/switch to the app, making it annoying to navigate easily. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | If something is out if stock when I order, they phone me, if something was forgotten, they deliver it . Sometimes I think they should upgrade their stock. But when it comes to customer service and dedication to clients they are like family. Absolutely wonderful company |
