Had to change phones, reinstalled app on new phone, same number, but when I try to open my Yappy acc, it tells me that my phone number and p/w is incorrect and I must re-register. Tried that but my code via sms doesn't come through. Then I sellected for them to call, but it still ask what code I received via text and no call. Why must I re-register if I already did so on my old device? All I need to change is the biometric login details. |
