If i don't open the app before making or taking a phone call it wont work. I have to put the headset back in the case then try again and its not always guaranteed to fix the issue. I often cycle between noise cancelation and off while out in the wild. If this issue doesnt get fixed i will be returning these and goin back to samsung or one plus
