| 2024-11-28 |  | | Since I have been asked to give comments and I have been using this APP for years, I decided sharing my experience. I found this APP very useful. The news provided here are not the same as those come with my trading account. By comparing both news, I have a better picture about the stocks that I am interested. Further, this APP also has different features. I like some of its features a lot; it allows different stock lists such that I can sort the stocks into different groups based on purposes. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | I'm very happy with Yahoo Finance as it provides a much better interface than my financial advisor firm's, allowing me to sync multiple accounts from multiple firms, and providing the information I need at a glance. I would suggest adding the ability to customize the detail view of portfolios to add additional columns such as the Fund / Stock name, etc. I'm trying the silver level subscription, and I'm not sure that the portfolio analysis it provides is worth it. |

It is a great way to check on stocks you may be interested in or gather news relating to such stock. At first it may be a bit confusing as to how to use it: create lists, delete/add stock symbols,etc., but once you get familiar with it, it's a very niceand useful app, in my opinion. UPDATE NOV. 2024 Im having problems with the app. It closes suddenly. |
| 2024-11-12 |  | | I enjoy this app. It is easy to follow and set up. Reviewing the stocks you like is simple and straightforward. I do have trouble with charts sometimes as they are slow to set up. Not sure if it's the app or network?? Overall it's great!! Thanks I've been using this app for a couple of year's now and it has been great. The phone app works better then deskedtop for simplicity. Easy to use. Great for checking option prices before you buy elsewhere. Keep up the good work ✌️✌️ |
| 2024-11-06 |  | | 1st impression - kind of an intrusive, pesky child of an app. Always wants me to activate more features, send more alerts, etc. Thinking about ditching it and finding something better. 2nd impression - it appears we've come to an understanding with the intrusiveness. Turned off all notifications and haven't had to say no for a while. Still learning. |

| 2024-10-30 |  | | - REMOVE (or offer option to hide) UNNECESSARY "For You"section from the Home tab. Whose idea was that? It's blocking extra 2-3 rows of portfolio for no reason. You guys love to break what's not broken. - Why I cannot view multiple portfolios/ lists anymore on the home page in separated mode. You shoved the change that makes impossible to view multiple portfolios now on Home tab. I don't want to view all of them in sorting order you offer (e.g., alphabetical). I wish I could give zero stars. |
| 2024-10-25 |  | | I really like the app, but Yahoo, please work on the performance. The app is painfully slow, often to the point of just completely freezing. I have a powerful, new, flagship phone and it runs just as bad on my old phone. The app is buggy too. I linked my Vanguard account, but it shows the wrong price for one of my stocks it's off by over 30% so it throws all my numbers off. Worse still, when I try to edit the price it says "an error occurred, please try again". I've been trying for days... |
| 2024-10-17 |  | | very nice. would like more widget options . the all holdings widget shows total holdings in a very large font when most people probably care more about the daily change, which I think should be the focus. also, a widget that provides a "portfolio summary" (like a table, one row per portfolio) showing the daily change which would make this perfect. |
| 2024-10-02 |  | | Functions much better over the years I've been using it. I use this Yahoo Finance screen when I am away from the desktop computer. The recent add a password to the install free apps, I don't see the need to type in a password when the app is free. Just another password to write down because there are too many to memorize. |
